Harvested from my hives across South Manchester and Cheshire, this raw honey is prepared in small batches to preserve its natural flavour and character.
Without heat treatment, heavy filtering or added ingredients, it retains the natural characteristics that make each harvest unique.
The bees forage on a variety of local flowers throughout the season, meaning each batch has its own distinctive flavour, colour and texture.
